Keys to Thoughtful Leadership is a 4-week asynchronous online training program unlike anything you’ve seen before. Our curiosity-inducing museum experience is rooted in behavioral economics, habit research, and decision science, designed to equip leaders at all levels with the skills and mindset needed to foster a more engaged, productive, and positive work environment. It’s ideal for organizations looking to develop their leadership pipeline and cultivate a culture where every leader is improving a little bit each day.
We know your leaders are busy, so this course has been thoughtfully designed to fit into their ever-evolving schedules. Each lesson is bite-sized—15 minutes or less—and packed with practical insights they can start incorporating immediately. The small size of these lessons is intentional, giving them the space to reflect on each concept and let it settle into their everyday routines.
